Lo spagnolo Jorge Lorenzo ha concluso un anno eccezionale come il campione della MotoGP, vincendo Domenica di Gran Premio di Valencia, la sua nona vittoria della stagione.

With his victory, Lorenzo set a record for points in a season, counting 383, ten more than the earlier of a series of Italian Valentino Rossi, his team-mate.
"I'm thrilled. He had a career as a developer. He had the pace to fight for victory, as in other races this season, but it was clear that it is much more important than a championship," the pilot said after the victory.
Meanwhile, Marc Márquez Iberian also completed a sweep of the Spaniards in all three categories proclaimed champion of the 122 cc, the fourth in a race won by Britain's Bradley Smith.
