ORDER THE DAY

(pursuant to art. 50 of the Rules of the City Council)

CIRCUMSTANCES

that the permanent board committees are an important and indispensable tool for the political life of our city;

CONSIDERED

that the presence of councilors in the commission and paid the attendance fee;

OF THE CITY COUNCIL AGREES MONCALIERI

Mr. Mayor, President of the Municipal Council and the municipal authority to:

• introduced a method for the confirmation of the presence of the directors Within the Commission, namely to apply a second signature of the presence at the end of the commission, directly to the desk of the chairman or vice chairman, and under their responsibility.
• gettor not bestow any presence of the directors who did not bear both signatures, as no evidence they were actually taking part in the entire session of the Committee;
• Consider the first valid signature on the attendance sheet, if used within 15 minutes from the committee.
