Il Circolo dei Valori di Moncalieri adheres to the committee "SOS L'Aquila, Italy Call for the submission of a draft law of popular initiative, to be presented in Parliament, for the reconstruction post-earthquake and the safety of all the territories of our country. A L'Aquila
November 20, 2010 there was a great event to bring national attention to the problems caused by administrative procedures for the reconstruction adopted. The committees denounced promoters such as the reconstruction had been carried out according to logic that seemed aimed at the satisfaction of cliques and power groups, rather than the real economic and social regeneration of areas hit by the quake. Following this event was developed with input from citizens, a bill that aims to make more efficient and transparent mechanisms of management of post-emergence and to ensure uniformity of treatment within the areas affected by natural disasters.
to present this bill in parliament need to collect 50,000 signatures in its support. The Circle of IDV
